Terms and Conditions

By using TBK Motorsports, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree that product fitment, availability, lead time, and pricing may be confirmed before fulfillment. Performance parts may be intended for off-road, racing, or competition use only depending on the item, vehicle, and local laws.

Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is appropriate for their vehicle, intended use, emissions requirements, and installation plan. TBK Motorsports may contact customers to verify fitment or required supporting parts before shipping.

Returns

Returns must be requested before any product is installed, used, modified, damaged, or removed from original packaging. Special-order, custom-order, electrical, fueling, tuning, forced-induction, opened, installed, or manufacturer-restricted products may not be returnable.

Approved returns may be subject to supplier restocking fees, return shipping costs, inspection, and original payment processing limitations. Shipping charges are not guaranteed refundable.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranties are handled according to each manufacturer or supplier policy. Warranty coverage does not normally include labor, dyno time, tuning time, fluids, rental vehicles, incidental damage, misuse, incorrect installation, racing damage, or damage caused by supporting modifications.

TBK Motorsports will help customers document and submit warranty requests when possible, but final approval is determined by the manufacturer or supplier.

Shipping, Lead Times, and Fitment

Inventory and lead times can change quickly across performance suppliers. Orders may ship from TBK Motorsports, the manufacturer, or a distributor. Some products require verification before fulfillment.
